Winners are determined by verified user reviews on PeerSpot. ## About PeerSpot PeerSpot is a peer-driven enterprise technology review platform where verified IT and security buyers share in-depth product reviews and comparisons. The Customer Choice Awards recognize the products that perform best on PeerSpot based on those verified reviews. ## Award Definitions - **Tech Leader Award**: Awarded to the top three products in each eligible category, ranked by the arithmetic mean of the last 12 monthly rankings derived from verified user reviews. Issued quarterly. - **Rising Star Award**: Yearly award for "up-and-coming" products in Tech Leader categories. Eligible products must have their first PeerSpot review within the past 24 months. Categories must have a 20%+ product increase, at least 5 products, and at least 3 visible reviews per product. ## Methodology Reviews are authenticated via LinkedIn profile or company email. Vendors must self-identify. Tech Leader rankings use a 12-month arithmetic mean of monthly rankings.
